My first big project!

Some family friends of ours needed to convert their basement into a living space for their oldest daughter who had just graduated high school but was living at home while she attended college nearby. I’m thankful they took a chance on me to do the work!

This project involved adding a wall in one big open room to make it two rooms: a living room and a bedroom. It also required building a walk-in closet where there was once only unfinished basement! On top of that, the whole space needed new flooring, paint, and a bathroom update.

Overall, I think it turned out great, and I’m thankful I got to dip my toe in the water of bigger renovation projects with family friends who love and support me so much!
